Here at Our Tiny Twinkles we are dedicated to providing excellent customer service to our customers and we will extend this in our shipping policy.
We offer free delivery for all orders over £30.00. Any orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day.
Standard delivery is charged at £3.50 for any orders below £30.00 and will be shipped with Royal mail 2nd class using their tracked services aiming for delivery in 3 - 4 days
Fast Track delivery is available for £4.50 and all order will be shipped with Royal mail 1st class using their tracked services aiming for delivery in 1 - 2 days. If your order is above £50 in value Fast Track shipping will become free for you.
As soon as your delivery has been shipped you will receive a dispatch email from us along with a tracking number.
Although we always aim to have your orders shipped to you within the stated timeframe, we can not take responsibility for any delays that are caused by the couriers. You will however be provided with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed so you can track and trace your order for peace of mind. Orders will not be processed or shipped on the weekends or bank holidays.
Please be aware in light of the current situation with Covid-19 restrictions, delivery times could be slightly delayed, we also reserve the right to use a different delivery courier if we deem necessary.
Returns and exchanges
We offer a 14 day refund and exchange policy. All items being returned or exchanged must be new, unworn, unaltered with tags attached and free of damage. Once the return has been accepted please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed to your original method of payment. Please note you will be responsible for return shipping charges, except in cases where returns are needed due to faulty items being received. Please also ensure to send all items back tracked as we will not be able to take responsibility for any lost parcels.
For any exchanges and returns please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will be happy to help. All exchanges will be accommodated in line with stock availability. If the item you are wanting to exchange is out of stock we are happy to honour an exchange for a different product which comes up to the same value.
We also offer a 14 days return policy for any goods that are damaged on receipt. As soon as the good are received, please take photos of the damaged items as evidence and send through to us via email. We will carry out an investigation with the delivery handlers and after being reviewed we will then be able to issue and process a refund.
